The Shed Institute is offering complimentary ticket vouchers that can be redeemed at the Shed ticket office and used for any one of the shows in their Oregon Festival of American Music of the 1920’s on March 2-6, 2022. KindTree has 6 to give away. Email autism@kindtree.org to get

MOsley WOtta Saturday, March 19th at 7:30pm

Oregon Based Artists MOsley WOtta, Colten Tyler Williams + Unlocked Films, present: “It’s not the year it’s you”. This presentation invites the participating audience to consider essentializing care as a radically inclusive revolutionary action. MOsley WOtta’s writing, painting + music have been featured on OPB, NPR, TED, NBA and other 3 letter acronyms. He is most recently a 2021 Fields Artist Fellowship recipient.

National Geographic Live – Greenwood: A Century of Resilience – with Alicia Odewale

Monday, March 28th at 7:30pm

A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, archaeologist Alicia Odewale is uncovering stories of resilience in the hundred years since the attack on Black Wall Street in the city’s vibrant Greenwood district. Considered one of the worst episodes of racial violence committed against Black people in American history, the Tulsa Race Massacre left a devastating toll on generations of survivors and their descendants and impacted the very footprint of the district itself.
