Friday - Sunday:
Person on the spectrum (main camper) – $190.
Family member or caregiver – $90 each.
Cabin beds
$35 each. FULL - consider other options, or you will be on a waitlist for a cabin bed. (not covered by scholarships)
Saturday Only Day Camp –
$80 for the person on the spectrum,
$40 each for up to 2 family or caregivers (limited to only 2.)
Early Arrival Option
$30 each. FULL - Not Available! (never available to scholarship holders)
Service Animal Application
Please fill this out if you need a service animal to attend (no pets or emotional or therapy animals allowed).
Guests who are independent can attend on their own. Those who are under 18 and those who need daily help must attend with family or caregivers.

The Boy Scouts have reduced the available space for volunteer and guest parking. Please try to carpool if you can or plan on arriving Friday via the Hilyard Center bus (see below). Spaces to park RVs have already been taken – there was only room for one or two. Call 541-780-6950 with any questions.
The Hilyard Center bus (bus registration available April 2026)
Transportation to camp at 5262 Boy Scout Rd, Boy Scout RD, Florence, OR is available through City of Eugene Adaptive Recreation and will meet at the Hilyard Community Center on Friday only. An accessible bus is available for up to 12 riders. Please register online at www.getrec.org (Click on “Adaptive Rec” and scroll down to “KindTree Retreat Transportation”) or by calling Hilyard, 541-682-5311. Round Trip transportation (#32558) is available for $34, leaving on Friday (leaves Eugene at 2:00pm) and returning on Sunday (returns to the Hilyard Center about 3:30pm). One way transportation is not an option. Please make sure each person in your party registers separately.
