Registrations for all trainings MUST use this PDF, even if you use the PayPal button, you MUST provide us with the filled out PDF form.

How to pay
1. PAYMENT can be made by check with the registration form.
Participants in most of these groups may register after the term begins, if there is still room in the group.
Once registered, participants will be expected to attend all the following sessions unless there is sickness or other emergency.

Winter Term: Jan. 9 - Mar. 27
Spring Term Apr. 3 - Jun. 26 (no class on May 29)
Mondays, 10:15a-12:15p or 12:15-2:15p at Lane Independent Living Alliance Offices, 20 E. 13th Ave., Eugene, OR 97401.
Make beaded jewelry and ornaments to keep or sell. Individualized instruction provided to learn new techniques, and patterns. All supplies are provided. Instructors will provide support in designing, marketing, production and selling your art, and help in communication and problem solving. Cost: $195. per term based on 12 trainings with 24 hours of instruction (*or the agency hourly contract rate).
Mondays, 3:30-5p at Lane Independent Living Alliance Offices, 20 E. 13th Ave., Eugene, OR 97401.
Designed for youth ages 16-21 interested in learning about their future options and resources. Students need to have an IEP, ISP, or IWRP. This training will provide support, instruction and practical steps for helping determine YOUR preferred future. Cost: Free
Winter Term: Jan. 10 - Mar. 28
Spring Term: Apr. 4 - Jun 20
Tuesdays, 2-3:30p at Lane Independence Living Alliance Offices, (LILA) 20 E. 13th Ave., Eugene, OR.
Students will learn and practice personal safety and self-advocacy skills and learn about different levels of relationships, social rules, dating and important friendship values and communication skills. Cost: $150 per term based on 12 trainings totaling 18 hours (*or the agency hourly contract rate).
Winter Term: Jan. 10 - Mar. 28
Spring Term: Apr. 4 - Jun. 20
Tuesdays, 6-8p at LILA Peer Support Club, 990 Oak St., Eugene, OR.
This training is designed for individuals diagnosed with autism that are interested in film making, theatre performance, writing or directing videos. Cost: 0-$210. (Sliding Scale) based on 12 weeks or 24 hours of instruction or the agency hourly contract rate.
Winter Term: Jan. 12 - Mar. 30
Spring Term: Apr. 6 - Jun 22
Thursdays, 10:15a-12:30p, Catholic Community Services of Lane County, 1025 “G” Street, Springfield. Take EMX bus 18 (Mohawk) to Springfield.
Learn how to cook or help cook meals, store leftovers, cleanliness, and portion size. Cost: $230. per term based on attendance for 12 trainings with 27 hours of instruction (*or the agency hourly contract rate).
Fridays January 13, February 10, March 10, April 14, & May 12, 5:30-7p; Reality Kitchen, 645 River Road. Suite 2, Eugene. Take LTD bus #51.
This free activity is open to teens and adults with autism that want to hang out together to socialize and/or participate in a planned activity. Food and drink will be available to purchase. Registration not required.
