  Sophie did these paintings of her violin when she was 4 yrs old. My daughter has Autism and is now 6 yrs old!! She loves to paint!! Drawing and writing is quite difficult for her. Sophie stills plays violin and is working on Twinkle Little Star. It took a year and a half for her just to hold it!! We just carry on!!!

"I believe empathy
is what can change the world,
‘Cause we will think of their feelings
as if they were our own,
Not just a picture, or a face,
or another dieing,
We would have in a small way felt a part
of their life,
It might bring a tear of sorrow or pain,
But will lead to a tear of gratefulness,
In someone else."

And you see the beauty in it for that moment.
It seems it is the only way
that love can be,
Because so many precious souls
will eventually go away,

into different ways and opportunities,
Along the way, seeing signs from heaven that remind
