Stephen Peeler, Self Portrait
Stephen Peeler: I started doing art at the age of 11, although I wasn't aware of the different principles associated with it. I started out by drawing, then, as the years rolled by, I got into charcoal works, then paint. To me, art is a highly anticipated form of expression based on the formative and creative imagination, expressing the inner feelings and thoughts of one individual. I aim to continually develop a taste and increase my interest in the different forms of art.
Stephen is a recipient of a KindTree cash grant to help him create his art.

I am sad to announce the Stephen Peeler passed away on March 9 from complications of cystic fibrosis. He was a friend and associate, a tireless creator of his special art, his unique vision. He will be missed.
His art, displayed here, remains for sale as cards and reprints, as well as some original, framed or matted pieces. All sales through August 23, the date our Friends and Family Camp ends, will go directly and fully to his family to help with end of life expenses. If you would like to make a donation with the button below, you can claim a tax deductible donation to KindTree, and we will send the full amount to his family.
Thanks for your good wishes.
