Larry Hurst at work
Larry Hurst III is a self-taught artist, who is able to read only a smattering of words and has difficulty with verbal communication.
Nevertheless, he is multi-talented, outgoing and interested in virtually everything. He learned to draw and paint through intuition, by looking at pictures in how-to books and through years of hard work. Larry grew up in Texarkana and now lives in Eugene.
